It still exists as a "special" tank on WoT PC. There is a little button on the tech-tree page that leads to all of the removed tech tree vehicles.
They don't have a tech tree attatched to them, they don't earn extra credits and so on and you still need to upgrade them.
Basically just a removed tech tree tank on WoT Pc.

In Blitz it's a collector tank

no real reason to be using 2.4Ghz, that severely limits your speeds. unless the 7 meters from router to device are going through steel and concrete

The 2.4 Ghz in itself should be fine ( I use it every day, even with 5 Ghz on ... because I can roam several hundred feet on 2.4 ), and 2.4 should not be holding him up from getting that stuff downloaded. It may come in a bit slower ... but not like 3g/4g on a saturated cell network slow.

There is something more going on, that maybe the broadband of the provider is oversold and totally bogged down, router/modem has not been rebooted in ages, maybe there is loads of interferences ( noisy apartment building ) ...

There you go. NewGuy told me to stick with "weak" tanks and improve my gaming. So I did. That Skoda is full proof that I can improve and is also proof that you can save a tank from having bad stats. That tank was a lost cause. It had a 36% win rate ratio when I was done grinding it.
