What is the requirement before chat messages are removed between individual members? I am seeing messages get removed within 1 day after posting to clan member. Anyone else have this issue? The main clan chat is fine, messages remaking for a few days. But not between individuals

I think dms to players in game gets removed from our screen the moment we restart the game, I've sent texts to friends in game they vanish for me the moment I restart the game, but they see and reply to it whenever they come online even after a few days
