How is WOT pc more optimized than blitz, that makes no sense whatsoever

wotb I can do max graphics but can't run FSAA (full screen anti aliasing) on any pbr map with my fps dropping down to 40. However on wot pc, I can run the game at 4k medium-high at 60 fps on an rtx 3050 (6gb vram)
