No way a single person did that. Coding a game (especially a mobile game I should add) takes way too much effort.
Or he went ahead and just compiled a bunch of assets, which I think is very probable because of a few signs I found:

• The icons seems great at first glance, but the "APHE" marking on the shell has clearly been put at the last moment with minimal effort (not centered, different resolution and different colour scheme than the rest)
• I'm almost certain the gun icon but especially the autoaim button has been directly stolen from Blitz but I cannot be sure
• Having good graphics is good, having a great optimisation is better. By seeing how low-res the buildings in the background looks, it might very well be like insane-looking front tank but un-rendered everything else which in the end might look worse.

Also, since he was apparently "alone", he is probably the one who published the image, so don't trust it too much.

The issue isn't so much that it isn't possible, but he was comparing a game supposedly made by one person with WoTB, which needed years of updates and work done by an entire team

Of course, we can find many games with good reviews done by a single person.
Iron Lung for example took the internet by storm and was made by one guy. Doing a PvP mobile game with tanks and supposedly accurate module systems as seen as in the screenshot is a completly different story

I will explain it in wotblitz terms because I play wotblitz and I'm not a noob there. Heavies with big guns like E100, KV2 and for trolling or training room to climb or fun game mods I love Maus too. I also like tds because there are armored tds meant for the front line like heavies(jgpze100, American bunker E3) and tds that are snipers like the isu152. I don't like low armored tanks with small caliber/low single shot damage or bad autoloader.

i do not agree. on much streets there are aggressive drunk ppl. yesterday i got out to a popular street and 2 drunk men started fighting.. the whole scenery looked like idk man, a place where someone committed murder(it was in front of a cute little bar ) whole floor covered in blood, chairs and tables all over the place, people screaming and running away. its terrifying ( the blood was from the street to like the closest fountain that was like 50 meters away.) i do not recommend going out to popular streets at Poland by nighttime, i don't say to not, but sometimes you can just ran out of luck and get into a drunks fight. you can just pass by and they will think that you're laughing at them.. its a big, horrible minus of Poland .

Lowe is an old credit grinding staple, Rev struggles for me, super pershing is probably ok ( some people like it ) and Kv5 was buffed a bit ( previously too slow and had the radio guy weak spot ) …
