So I just had to break up with my girl because of her parents and I feel really bad. There was no other way to get around it her family made it really rough to stay together they’d treat me horribly they’d never let me see her and she’d never be able to talk to me. @eager brook it’s easy to say now because I’ve been through that stuff before and I’m not going through it now, but a little time will make everything all right. Take it from a guy who did the same thing, had a gf, bad family, I was joining the navy and knew we wouldn’t work out. Broke up and enjoyed my time and senior year alone so much actually, I’m so glad I did it looking back.

I have first hand experience with what you went through in terms of parents / family, on one and both sides ... very stressful and it sucks. Dealing with the parent issue mid to long term ... if they are seriously opposed is like a never ending battle ... First few days after any breakup will be rough, try to do some activities with other friends or s few things to distract you, maybe a movie, a hobby, some sport you enjoy where you really have to focus. And, you'll start feeling better before too long. Plenty of people go through a few breakups before finding the right partner and getting into a long lasting relationship without serious hurdles and stressors like opposed parents, bad family, ... Hang in there. Time heals.

My Fiancé is my Angel Fallen From Heaven. I LOVE her so damn much, she’s part of my very essence. She was prescribed too many steroids (Prednisone) over too long a period of time, and developed Cushing Syndrome, known as a Silent Cancer. It’s been almost 10 years ago that her strange and horrible symptoms first appeared. She went 2 3/4 years undiagnosed, while her poor little body was crying out for someone to recognize the symptoms: Strange lump of fat on upper back, sometimes called a “buffalo hump,” RAPID weight gain, purple striae on stomach, red, round, “moon face.” Finally, a trip to a University Medical School paid off. But the permanent damage was done, and can’t be undone. It ate up most of her cartilage, so she has tremendous joint pain. She has Chronic Cluster Migraines. Her immune system never recovered, so she’s sick more often than not. She has Psoriasis so bad, that she needs the strongest medicine for it, but still has her skin crack open and bleed sometimes. She also has nausea daily. Her tongue has cracks in it, so she can only eat bland food. Some of my family and friends thought I should leave her when she started having the strange symptoms of Cushings, but she is the Love of My Life, and to me, True Love is about taking care of each other no matter what. She is the strongest, most wonderful woman I know, and although our lives together present daily challenges that she has to bear, and only we seem to understand, I will always love her, and will never leave her. Please don’t let this happen to anyone you know, and spread the word.

Thank you! It’s horrible. And medical practitioners are turning more and more to steroids with the campaigns against pain meds and antibiotic use, which have gone too far. Most doctors don’t seem to know that steroids side effects are much, much worse. Some people need steroids, and that’s fine, but I would recommend asking their prescribers if they know how to recognize the early signs of Cushing’s. If they don’t, I’d walk…find a better doc. Thanks for your time. We just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Especially not our fellow tankers. Thankfully, Blitz is intense enough that it helps keep her mind off her illness for a while. also like when Blitz first introduced PBR I was actually shocked they were running this on BigWorld engine which is a highly dated engine so this meant the game was gonna be limiting devices to atleast android 11 or above back then for me, which is why I panic rushed to the store right after my 12th grade exams were over to get a phone around 200 dollars which has android 11 atleast so that it can run PBR perfectly.

turned out it was actually working fine and my game was running in constant 50-60 FPS, until PBR maps were introduced...

since my phone had an underpowered processor for its segment which it was sold in, my FPS started dropping even more because of how poorly optimised Castilla was.

gradually afterwards PBR middleburg came, but thankfully it was more optimised than castilla although at the same time the phone had to render two PBR maps in the game cache into its GPU register which became a pain in the butt thereafter

fast forward to now even though I have the S23 Ultra, I am experiencing fps drops to like 90-100 from 120 just because of how the same dated game engine is running like 4 PBR maps at present hence I was forced to root its graphics settings and remove the game booster + turn on "dynamic lower res" in game settings for much consistent performance

The castilla is really laggy, this is why I don't turn the terrain graphics to the highest, also, if I play at 60 fps, everytime I enter sniper mode, my fps will drop which ruined my aim, thats why I am playing at 30fps, much more stable, and I can crank up the graphics a bit.

I really want for WG to update this dated game engine of this game, I don't know how hard that is but Im pretty sure its doable

Honestly I thought of it more and there’s really nothing stopping the game from implementing dynamic suspension I’ve long recognized the games limit from its fossil engine but even WG has been able to pull miracles from it , the current suspension we have now was not possible for years and had to go through 2 revisions, I am glad though we don’t have the “rocking” present in other tank games

Also we have better suspension than Armored warfare which is really funny to think about

It really pisses me off that in about 50% of games I end up pushing my lane alone, because the other guy hasn't come online yet.
Also, if you are a light tank, why do you like it so much to hang around in the heavy lane, instead of scouting in the medium/light lane for our tds. Why can't you just stick to the plan?

So i have been thinking about this for a long time, right: I noticed a couple months ago that if you were healer in big boss mode, if you rammed your teammates you would actually heal them. This caused me to believe, that any damage that would be damage towars an enemy will get calculated as +hp for friends (so friendly fire = heal). Now my idea is, that you make a platoon with one taking a smaller tank and the other one taking TOGII. The tog would be the healer and the other one would go on top. In theory, the one on top should get healed continuously, if this one is healer too, both should get healed. Does anyone have TOGII and would be down for trying this out?

Why does it seem like tier 9’s get into tier 10 battles a lot more frequently then only tier 9 or am 8/9 split. Same way with tier 8. A lot of the time, recently, it’s been up tiered to tier 9. But you’ll get upped to 10 in a tier 9 constantly. But if you drop to tier 8 all you see is 9. Makes no sense considering there’s plenty of tier 9 tanks in the queue.
