the simplest tip is to live longer

there is a correlation between survival rate and damage rate going up, and average damage and winrate going up

don’t make peeks you don’t trust, if there is no available target to penetrate, don’t peek. Allow the enemy to let you pen them. Also, don’t make the mistake of overpeeking for a single shell, especially if there are TDs on the enemy team.

reading the maps and team lineup is also incredibly important, having a general overview of what a certain tank is capable of may help in you avoiding them, or targeting them when they make mistakes

5-0 6-0 7-0 goes both ways pretty quick. It doesn't take much to have a lot of concentrated gun power in one place, and then mow down an entire team ... especially if there's an AFK, one or two long flankers or campers, and some people who don't quite know how/where to aim.

I have the habit of using whatever whenever, but then I have stopped grinding lines and been credit positive for a very long time. But, I will catch myself repairing, putting out fires, etc in guaranteed losses. But, with some premium time, game modes, and premium tanks; credit grinding is a lot easier than it used to be.

Some tanks may have poor credit coefficients, but you get the extra credits on a win, some people care about damage stats etc ... so always try to go down swinging, test yourself a little in these melee situations and see, if you can reposition, get one enemy to block shots from other enemies, get an extra kill, etc

Top tier is expensive to buy, get equipment and run ... which is how the old standard was to grind credits in tier 8 on premium time with premium tanks.

That would be 150 battles for me to get the credits for 60TP, and just the tank, not including equipments

I think after 9 years it's time to throw in the towel. Every other red is some hotshot with 65% on a 1200 game toon who gets max damage or ammo rack on every shot. I love the tanks but something isn't right. You used to have a sporting chance.

Having some stiff competition can be a bit demoralizing, but I think the above is a bit of an exageration.

As far as credits, running premium tanks on their birthday on premium time in game modes can pay a lot of credits fast. If you do well in that battle that is a win ... sometimes you have several good games, and you lose, but then the win is one where you get killed early and the team wins it for you 😉

You have to try to focus on the positives.

I get a bit frustrated too, when I get some back to back steamroll losses, where either you get focus fired to bits and no chance at fighting; or you get some good engagements, but all 40-48% versus better red players and you don't stand a chance in the long run ... but that ebs and flows; then you get some good engagements or some great kolobanov level game ... and it is all good.

But, yeah, some sessions can be like: why did I even bother logging on, where you only win like 2 in 10.

I got mine to work. Using PC (MS Store) I tried creating 1vs1 tournament where the game crashes. Reloading the game client keeps crashing there after. So I use my mobile phone to login which got me the disconnected from server error but I kept trying until I am logged in from my phone. After, I force logout (disconnect from SG_C0) on my phone and re attempt to login using PC in which it worked.
