Last time the Panzer 4 saw combat was probably the Six Day War or the Yom Kippur War. There they faced Israeli Centurions, as well as an old enemy, Shermans. But these weren’t ordinary Shermans. They were the up-gunned Israeli Shermans with high velocity 75 mm guns that could take on a T-55. It didn’t go well for the Panzer 4.
