All I hear is a variety of complaints and allegations about player support, that I have not experienced myself.
And sometimes it takes a day, or two, or three. They're plenty busy.
But just because they don't answer with " oh , that guy, we gave him a 5 day chat ban, thanks for alerting us " ... does not mean that NO action was taken.

WG keeps a tight lid on the responses, but when one hangs around on the forum and discord enough;

There are individuals who pop up saying they received a chat ban or game ban for " NO reason "

Which means that stuff does incur a penalty.

So, anyway.

I think support tries to do a good job, within the rules and guidelines that they may have ( which are not disclosed publicly )

Right. But, what I am trying to say is, wait for WG to reply. Tickets are responded to as they have come in, and when you reply before they do, it resets the time, so it is like you just made the ticket on that day of the reply.

If you forgot to add a screenshot or replay, same day reply before they answer doesn't make a difference, obviously.

Take your time at lower tiers (t5-7) don't rush then get overmatched in skill. Get a cheap t5-7 premium that fits your playstyle and doesn't cost a ton of gold (most are below 5k gold) to farm credits. Don't skimp out on camo and equipment/consumables. Don't spam prammo unless necessary. Read and look at the minimap to plan your move. And lastly, learn how to play your tank and what tank roles are.

APCR is faster than AP, travels faster and is less likely to bounce, however it deals less damage.
HEAT (depending on tank and calliber ofc) is very slow, but can pen a lot of things (except spaced armor, it sucks at doing that).

The codes that you may be referring to as a brand new player, would be time limited, region specific and invitation codes from a special link or invitation card.

Most codes are expired, I am not aware of an active code for WOTB.
And even if an active code is found (like it says activated after using it) it likely is not for world of tanks blitz, but rather for world of warships.
