If you cannot pen an enemy with standard ammo, and thus can not damage or even kill him (based on positions); then switching to premium ammo may be the best move.
A good player's loadout will always include a few premium ammo shells. They can be a bit costly, but also can make the difference between helping win ... versus doing little or no damage.

Probably more important as a low tier tank helping fight against a high tier well armored enemy.

As I have stated many times before, you can have whatever wifi and whatever internet speed that you rent from your Internet Provider - it doesn't matter what speed you pay for or how new your equipment is - as soon as your connection leaves the house; you are at the mercy of the whole internet.
Just like you can have the fastest car, traffic happens, accidents happen, ...
So, similarly, the internet route that you get sent on can be congested, can have equipment that is malfunctioning etc.
If / when you have lag and especially packet loss, fire up pingplotter to figure out where the issue is.

If have an account (email & password) and you delete the game, then your progress will still be there, the next time you install, when you log back on with email & password.

If you ask WG staff to actually delete your account, then your account with its progress, purchases, etc will be gone.
