Eh, easy to replace those. If the damage to the screw holes isn't bad enough you can fill them in with wood glue and wood splinters and then redrill a new hole.

Just make sure you use a drill bit depth stop so you don't drill all the way through the door.

There's plenty of videos on how to do that.
