Because it's impossible to make it smaller for now, even if we assume you're talking about regular nuclear and not Hyrdrogen bomb, it needs the energy to firstly split an atom to create atomic fission and cause the energy of the explosion, the smallest thing you can get is the size of Fat Man, the Nagasaki bomb.
But it's a bomb, you still need to attach rocket propeller and probably aim system.

That's so vague. Regular armor can't withstand the blast energy of bombs, same with spaced armor. Nera armor won't be enough as you can't entirely cover the whole tank with it, the Maus is already large like that you don't need to add 2 meters larger. Chemical armor is also not a very good idea, it seems you only have one tank so if chemical armor is gone, you won't have anything else to protect.

Just too vague, and I can't really think of an armor that can resist such a blast. An active defense system would have been a better answer, but even that, the active interception system's range is too short to explode the bomb far enough to not make damage.

There are tanks that are stronger in some regards than others while at the same time being weaker in other ways. Every tank in this game can be defeated by playing your tank to its strengths, while forcing your opponent to play to his weaknesses. Maximizing teamwork makes this even easier.

If you pay attention to the " patch " / update notes, you can see a variety of vehicles where balance is adjusted.

But, all in all, considering tank roles, tiers, etc. and the fact that people only have +1-1 MM any more, things are pretty balanced.

It isn’t proof at all. 1. Players who spend money tend to be more vested in the game. This investment leads to the drive to be a better player. This reflects in the performance metrics for premium tanks.

2. Premium tanks do not have a stock grind. They are only played as fully upgraded tanks. This cannot be said for tech tree tanks.

I mean, to some it is, to others not so much. I suppose you are the former, so I suppose good luck on whatever endeavors you may partake in.

I run an advertising agency and we have 5 dedicated GB lines. We have bandwidth monitoring equipment and I have one line dedicated to my office and my apartment above. I have 500-1000mb download and 400 up. The game has a separate line of free data for 200/80 up/down. I’ve had my tech run diagnostics for the past 2 weeks.
I believe my due diligence is thus up to date. I’ve also written to WG on 3 occaision a but had no response.
So yes… I’m getting a little frustrated and have thus posted this msg in 4 threads.
