Yes, every single one of those names is a bot. You recognise them after a bit lol. If you want to double-check, click their profile after game. Bots have no stats.
@golden ferry bots don't have any stats. There are plenty of 60%ers with no clan tags, most new players have an artificially high WR at first since they face bots

A variety of Armor and Penetration Mechanics come into play. Hit something at an angle and you're bound to bounce or ricochet. If you hit tracks or spaced armor, the rounds may not penetrate the main hull and thus take no hitpoints off.
Also depends on the ammo type that you fire.
So there's lots of things at play, not just point, fire, it should take hitpoints off, regardless of how and where you hit.
If you want to dive into things, there are series of videos for the full PC version explaining things. While number values differ for Blitz, the mechanical principles are the same. It is just the first I found, other resources exist ...

And you can use websites or apps like Armor Inspector ( via wotinspector.com or your app store ) to visualize armor models, even pick the tank that you were firing from and recreate shots to the tank you were aiming at.

To give an example from level 10, some tanks are very effective, while others are not very useful.
