It’s good if you angle it correctly. Only expose the front, the sides and rear is vulnerable. The sides are flat and it makes it easy for HESH/high penetration HE shells to penetrate it. If you are sidescraping, don’t angle it too much but don’t go too backward to the point where your front can be exposed

Good mobility, the gun is nice, I think it’s similar to the E 100, and the turret it placed at the rear

oh yes most people compare it to e100, do you think e100 is better as armor or vk 72.01

I’d say VK 72.01. The E 100’s turret is large and the sides are flat which makes it easy to penetrate from every side. It is vulnerable to HESH shells. However the lower part, the sides of the hull armor are spaced armor so mostly people would use AP. The front can be vulnerable too because there’s a flat lower plate. You can go frontline or be a support tank.

For the VK 72.01 K the front it hard to penetrate by most tanks, however there is no spaced armor. The turret is curved but it is still at risk of getting hit by HESH shells. Most of the time only expose your side.

Use calibrated shells for the gun, higher penetration is crucial for those tanks.

There were 3 types of Concordes from 3 different nations

1. BAC/Aérospatiale 🇬🇧🇫🇷 - most successful, competed in the Paris Airshow, however only 2 airlines settled in and it was a financial problem in the first years of development. It was retired after issues with sonic booms and a crash in 2000

2. Tu-144 beat the Concorde’s development by months, however the Tupolev was accused of sending out spies and take notes from the BAC/Aero development. It was rushed, and a crash in the Paris Airshow of 1973 caused an embarrassment, mainly because the pilots were overconfident and doing dangerous manoeuvres which resulted in a structural failure. Rising fuel prices also was to blame and only remained in passenger service for a couple of years. Aeroflot was the only airliner to use it, but also NASA had one of those. (is it?)

3. Lockheed L-2000 🇺🇸 design concept, cancelled 1971

Commercial aviation in the 1970s and 80s was really scary. Some significant years include 1972 and 1985. 1985 was a really bad year… a 747 had an inflight upset over the Atlantic Ocean, another 747 was bombed near Ireland, another crashed in Japan because of faulty repairs… a 737 had an engine fire, oil spilt onto the runway and a Lockheed L-1011 crashed in a microburst.

That is a picture taken of Japan Airlines Flight 123, missing it’s vertical stabiliser after the pressure bulkhead failed. This resulted in a loss of hydraulics, and a loss of pitch control. 30 minutes later it crashed into the mountains, resulting in 520 deaths. The single-deadliest aviation disaster in history. Here’s another picture of the plane. Taken on the day of the crash seconds before the stabiliser failed.

737-200. It was a miracle. Part of the roof came out because of metal fatigue and the passengers under that part of the roof were succumbed to frostbite and other injuries. Luckily all of them were strapped with their seatbelts on and the plane managed to make an emergency landing. The only fatality was a flight attendant who was walking down the aisle.

Attempted hijacking. The DC-10 was subject to high G-forces. All persons survived. The hijacker is currently imprisoned in I think ADX Florence? The other pilot suffered severe injuries. Apparently the hijacker intended in crashing the plane so that his family could claim the insurance. The DC-10 was upgraded into an MD-10 and still flies with FedEx today.

That kid probably regretted wanting to see what inside the "pilot area" looks like

The kid was the son of the pilot commanding the plane. The pilot and co-pilot allowed him and his sister to have a go at the controls. The pilot (Kudrinsky) let the girl try it first, he adjusted the autopilot to make the girl think she was actually turning the plane while she actually didn’t input any control. Then the boy went on, he turned the yoke with enough force that the autopilot actually switched to manual control, so the AP disconnected.

The boy was now taking partial control, and a warning signal came, but the pilots didn’t notice it. Then the crew and autopilot became confused and it started banking sharply… it started to stall and lost altitude very quickly.
The plane crashed eventually while trying to recover from the stall. There is a CVR recording of it.

I don't know about you, but even with some bad games or teams, it really is not that difficult to pull off 2000+ damage on average in your high tier tanks. Wait actually? Look at this lol. On NA...as you can see, the MM filled in with some bots so I’m not sure the queue numbers are accurate. Queue times were nothing to speak of. The queue is after the battle, just to give an idea of numbers. Very odd, maybe this latest update tweaked the rules a bit

The word gambling has the definition of taking risky actions in the hope of a desired result/reward.
So yes, it was gambling. The reason crates work is because it gives you a false sense of hope that if you get enough you can have what you desire, and you can't hold others responsible because it was your choice.
