@quick marlin so a higher WR does mean you get put into a lower tier more often? That might not be as much as what was supposedly being done, but that’s still putting better players at a disadvantage, which is just really bad. I don’t think the majority of players have ever heard of this idea. Your WR should not affect your chances of wining through other factors at all, that’s just a reason to not bother to try to be good if MM is trying to equalise everything.

Another thing about their management, it’s fine. You try fixing thousands of people’s problems in less than a day. And by thousands, I mean the hundred thousands, good luck.
