And a 1470 horsepower engine. Also buff hull traverse to 35 degrees and turret to 34. Finally give it 10 degrees of gun depression.

The ranger has extremely slight better stats but it’s almost exactly the same. Nothing big, you can’t even tell the difference

It's fast (especially with the speed boost) and it's got a turret, so it's not meant to sit back at all. It's fragile against big guns with long reloads, and meds lose trades even if the 4005 doesn't get the full clip in so going against meds is a good idea.

camping is the worst tactic in this game, too static and you don't always have shots to take in one position.
second line is where the fun is at. taking it medium lane is also fun on some maps cuz you can severely outtrade mediums and keep up with their dpm.
it was never meant to stay at the back, and this isn't wotpc either where sniping is super viable tactic.
for me at the start of the match i take a couple of shots from camping positions or positions that can let me see the enemy team crossing, then obviously after everyone is in position that camper spot is kinda useless so you have to relocate more closely to the enemy to be actually effective

I don't think it's a good idea, I've been told that by several people, and I just haven't been successful with the tank in general at all, let alone driving it like a TD-medium hybrid. The massive size gives meds the advantage, as they're usually low to the ground. They'll easily hit you before you even get a chance to peek over a hill with 10 degrees of gun depression, or hit you over cover since you're like a double decker bus
