K91 is auto loader which is a whole new world of tanking

And it depends on ur playstyle

@golden citrus there is no comparison between the three. The 55A is a medium bully, the K91 is a hull down/sidescraping autoloader, and the AMX 30 1er is a STB. I do not have the 55A but i like my K91

@daring relic The AMX 13 90 is a great little monster and leads to the magnificent Bat Chat.

The bigger French autoloaders are very good, but horrifically difficult to learn in the world of IS spam and laser cannon armed Soviet Mediums. Even though your frontal armor is decent, your side armor makes American tanks laugh. And reloading a full clip takes a massive chunk of time in a seven minute game.

Both lines require incredible patience and a willingness to wait till your prey is wounded enough that average rolls from your clip will end them. For me it’s why I prefer the 13 90 and up. If I screw up I know I can probably run away. 😁

The 45mm has decent RoF, but it lacks pen and alpha. You have to expose a lot more to deal enough dmg to compensate for the lower alpha.

@golden citrus I know @modest tangle likes the AMX 30 1er Over the T 55A, and honestly it is more fun. But I think they are both exceptionally tanks, Personally I think 1) T 55A 2) AMX 30 1er 3) K-91 4) Pz70 I didn’t have any issues with tier X tanks in any of them, but the Pz70 struggles more than the other, due to the reload. The K-91 can at least fire a track shot off on its last round if It gets pushed - the Pz70 is waiting on the sundial to come around again.

Depends on how you value gold. I’m over 70% in mine with 155+ games. I haven’t played the AMX as much simply as I aced it several times early on. The 55 A took me some time to ace. I think the AMX takes more skill to do well with, but is a more rewarding tank to play for fun.

It’s ok at best. 75mm of pen is not the best, but it’s workable. The prammo will help with KV-1s, but you’re not meant to face those tanks. You’re quite a mobile heavy, so use it to your advantage. Go hulldown and aim at weakspots.

Kv2 has more side armour, and has a flat turret so you can angle it and get some bounces.

But if they see you around a corner they’re probably going to be driving the other way

kv1, kv2 and kv1s have all the same hull. kv1s's turret armor is way better. kv2's turret isnt flat, sides are a bit rounded, when kv2s give me 1° of turret side thinking they can angle, i shoot.

-2° of gun depression is the worst you would find on any tank. The 100M1 and the 101 has that value for the tier IX 100mm. All its other guns and tanks of the line have -4° of gun depression, which is marginally better, but still useless. The line excels at long range sniping and flanking in city maps, where gun depression is not that relevant. They have the DPM to burn down tanks and the mobility to chase them down.

Well, the 101 doesn’t really have the DPM with the 122mm M62 gun, but it packs a hefty punch.

Also the IS-6 with my setup has 2747 dpm with HE compared to the Skorpion's 2848 with AP. The IS-6 has a significantly larger HP pool and therefore would win that
