For SMV, you should not use 3rd shot. So that you can reload faster for 1st and 2nd ammo

If use 3rd then it's too long to reload ammo. Will be a waste of your time.

i'd suggest not using the 3rd shot
its an emergency shell, use it to kill an opponent in a 1v1
(use the 3rd shot when they're a 1 shot, and make sure you'll actually pen your 3rd shell)

to make use of the auto loader, you gotta shoot twice or else you're just playing the same thing as the single shot

You’re forgetting that you also have to count the intraclip reload. The actual maximum DPM on the SMV is a mere 1807 with the autoreloader. (60/(7.09+3.53))*320 and double food + vents. The single shot vastly outclasses it in terms of DPM, and the extra alpha is also a significant bonus

The SMV line already doesn’t have fantastic DPM. Which is the tradeoff for their armor profile. The single shot guns are better for their DPM but you never want to fire the 3rd shell in the auto loader because if you do, your team will essentially be down a tank seeing as it takes forever to reload

Also module damage=funny and the SMV’s single shot gun has good module damage. I’ve ammoracked a couple tanks from full with it

I find the 777 to be more versatile tbh. The Super C is very strong hull down beast. I like the speed and hull armor on the 777. Accuracy is slightly better on the Conq. The dpm on 777 is superior

the issue with the t7 and t8s autoloaders is the gun doesn't pack a punch. with the cc mk1 and mino 450 and 500 is serious alpha and having 1350 or 1500 potential is pretty solid if you really need to kill a tank

the more I try to like the Chi-Ri the worse a taste it leaves in my mouth.... especially since it's the only autoloader in its tree, is as big as most trees t7 heavies, has fairly bad shell velocity, and doesn't feel mobile enough thanks to it's worst in tier power-to-weight ratio....
a buff to shell velocity I think would be nice but it's not got the worst shell velocity in its tier... but I think a HP buff or a pen buff would fix my issues with it, and it absolutely needs a premium ammo pen buff and possibly shell velocity buff for prem since it has the same 821 shell velocity, an abysmal 186 prem pen, and the lower alpha of 135

Two shell autoloader but one of those is the reserve shell so you’re pretty much a single shot tank with not bad reload either like ~5-6? seconds and have the option for an extra to finish em off if needed

The chi ri is a very strong tanks in the right hand, a 3 shell autoloader which features the same clip reload as some single shots in the tier give u autoloading with great dpm and gundepression, if you can work around the downsides of the Tank (pen, no armor, big ass Tank) then its rly great, I would keep it as it is

I remember when I first started playing my biggest frustration with the game is that there was no way to make my Sherman look like this

It’s primarily a sniper, but unlike the Kanonjagdpanzer, the CDA has some armor allowing it to play a sort of “assault” TD role in a pinch (after all, CDA stands for “Canon D’Assault”).

Honestly, it’s one of my favorite tier 8’s to play, and I would recommend picking it up. WZ-120FT is better in the “assault” role due to the armor, but it doesn’t mean CDA is necessarily bad at it, especially with the speed and accuracy, which helps CDA quickly snap off shots and traverse to safety.

GSOR is opportunistic fun machine. Run with the meds and dont be focus of the reds. CDA is substitute for the GFT. The GFT is way better but harder to aquire. The CDA is slightly faster

Try not to sell tanks for others unless it's progression and you don't want the lower tier tank anymore. The US has favorable gun depression and elevation angles, and tank lines like T110E5 and M-VI-Yoh will keep you comfortable

The turret holds up against its main competition, but I'd avoid heavies with the underwhelming gun unless a teammate is distracting them. T-54 being fast and somewhat armored is just about all it can offer, when mediums like to outclass it

Ju-To is a tank with a hardly usable armor profile, you can't sidescrape with those shoulders, and the turret becomes really easy if the enemy loads prammo, so make sure to expose yourself minimally, just to get damage in.

Blitz maps are also pretty much corridor maps, but the difference between Blitz and PC is that PC is 15v15. You can’t flank or push past hulldown enemies when there’s 3 hulldown heavies covered by an STRV and an autoloader med on literally every corridor

so I have just got the 45TP Habicha.... and I actually kinda like the setup I've gone for despite only running one repair consumable... (went for this screen because idk what else to set it to for screenshots) consumables are MPRP, Adrenaline, and Tungsten rounds. Provisions are Improved gunpowder, premium food, and improved gear oil... and while the lack of repair kit kinda stings sometimes, I find that careful play makes it a pretty good trade.... with both consumables active it briefly boosts dpm to 3500 even with an only partly trained crew

also if I max the crew it can creep as high as almost 4000 dpm while the consumables are active

I think the biggest issue with the Chinese TDs is just that the early chinese tree is a slog to grind through... and the 131G FT is only okay

much of the mobility stats seem great, but the hull traverse is god awful. It has 2 guns, one that fires quick and gives the tank okay DPM but worse for accuracy, pen, and alpha, and the other is much more accurate and better pen and alpha, but with far worse DPM, due mostly to a significantly worse aim reload. it's like it's trying to be 2 completely different TDs at the same time and results in it failing to be either

they look nearly identical except for the angle of the antennas on top, and the position of some of the sandbags
in practice, the Emil has a garbage turret (labled a tier 8 one in the tech tree) whereas the Kran has a nearly invincible one

The emil 2s turret really isn't bad at all, it's not impenetrable like the krans and you need to use depression, but as long as you don't try take on high tier prammo you are safe with it

For armor both are almost equal, but maus uses its armor easier,

On mobility e100 is definitely better, reachs 30km without any problem while maus is slower

Grind for both lol

If you grind for e100 first, the stock gun for it is the top gun for mauschen, which is the most annoying tank on the line to play so i would say that go for e100 first

I think the IS-3 is such a cool tank it scared every country into going into extreme tank development mode leading to stuff like FV4005 with a 183 mm cannon just to ensure it’ll take one out

IS 3 was not mass produced, has reliablity problems such as cracks on the turret and the tank was not used very well
the only success of the IS 3 was the fear it put in the minds of the westerners for 10 years, while the soviets were trying to rebuild parts or eastern europe and recover from the horrific manpower losses from ww2

so ya, the fear helped to keep the soviets safer for 10 years
