My problem is when I battle, I always stuck at the loading screen until the game end or the app will forced to close.
Sometimes I can play the game but the map or tank will be like this.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game for 3 times.
After downloading, I was able to play one or two games, but then it got stuck.

Someone gave me some ideas to fix it but still same, after one or two games, it stuck again.

Have you tried lowering the screen resolution.
Then set all graphics options in the wotb game settings to low.
Close all other games, and close any open programs.
Restart the computer so you have the maximum of ram available.
Then try playing.

Also, do you have a brand and model number of the laptop, should be on the case or a sticker on the bottom; then we will know a bit more how to help, potentially.

Your system is many years old and at the bare minimum threshold of running the game, if what I see is correct, with a core i3 cpu, 2 GB of RAM and a regular hard drive.

Are you running the Steam version? Or the Windows App store version?

Again, I would try to lower the computer screen resolution in windows, ensure no other programs are running ( may even have to pause security software for anti virus and anti malware as those can significantly slow the execution and loading of resources ), in WOTB just double check with ultra low and some of the settings below, it get camouflages off, etc ... then load into the game, and try a training room instead of a real battle.
