The Chieftain has the mobility to avoid engaging with a far too armored target, the Zetsu does not.

Visibly, none of the multiple bugs got fixed since the last UT. In fact I'm not sure what got changed, except a few things that are in Blitz and weren't in the previous version but that's not enough to justify doing another round of UT so I hope they did something about the optimization
