If you arent already doing it, try to get more low risk exp by capping bases/spotting. More specifically for avoiding getting nuked, if possible avoid poking if their is a clear line of sight between where you are poking and a bush/known td spot.

The 215b isn't really a tank that can sidescrape very well. Even if you only angle it a little bit, small weak spots start to open up (circled in blue in the first image). If you turn even a little bit more, it's an easy pen for almost every tank you'll meet. If you can find a little hill or something that allows you to tilt your tank backward and hide the lower plate, try using it to your advantage. The upper hull isn't that strong on flat ground, but can be pretty effective when used correctly. A final word of caution, though: the engine and fuel tank are in the front of the tank. If someone hits your lower plate/front in general, you will likely get your engine damaged or set on fire.
