Well they can not do it like in PC either. So, they gotta find a balance point.
In PC, you can get marks in any tank (t5 and above, ofc) in any circumstances afaik.
This causes tanks like Hurricane which is a rating reward Tier 10 tank (reskinned CS-63) getting 7.1k damage requirement for 3rd mark on average.
Or, 400 XP on average for 3rd mark in blitz. If I need to say like that

they should make EVERY tank (tier 7+ currently) markable. if there isn't enough people playing they should take average of other tanks xp of same nation, tier and class. for example kv-13 would take average gun mark xp of tier 7 russian mediums, T44-85 , T43, t34 breakthrough (218,181,207) and make average number of xp needed to 3 mark it.(202) i think that would make sense and not limit people of how rare certain tank is.
