At the same time we know that there is a decent amount of performance checking and monitoring at the server side; and so with isolated instances of packet loss and connections issue; the number 1 issue is the internet provider or backbone provider that helps cover the 1000s of kms to the server. People who are interested in checking the connection can install pingplotter on windows, mac or ios ... and monitor the path; to see where the issue is.
