Because the thing has turret armour and nothing else. You say the thing is OP when hulldown? Guess what, most things are. And it isn't even OP when hulldown because sure the enemy can't pen the turret, but they don't need to. The firepower is lacking, the hull is pure paper as soon as you meet someone when not using gun depression or someone with HEAT, and the tank is incredibly large making the hulldown spots hard to use anyways.
I don't remember what the mobility is like so it was probably about average

…. The gun has good DPM at 2.3k, decent DPS at 460, the gun is pretty accurate, has combat stabilization, it’s power to weight is some of the best for the heavy’s class. I do agree the reverse sucks. Compared to most other tier 9 heavys it looks far better then “mid”. I do agree if you are in the open it will be shredded. But I’m not going to drive it out in the open. I am used to tanks that have only good turrets anyway. And it isn’t that large.

2. next day, they asked for 65 cannister per crate. grind it and bought 2 of them. got me 20x searchlight per crates (total 40)
3. I did grind for the free 50x searchlight and got another 25x for free from the premium shop.
4. I did not touch grass for few days grinding this tank until I dont need to collect cannister anymore to unlock the tank, but I need searchlights.
5. Planning to buy another 1-2 emergency crate and voila, they only give me 2x searchlight per crates, and I still need to pay for 65 cannisters

Basically just park yourself in a way that hides the lower plate and ideally lets you use some gun depression as well. The armor is very strong.

For the heavies class, I think they deserve a crippling nerf because literally no one wants heavies in their games. First, nerf top speed and have it so that heavy tanks can only have a maximum speed of 5 km/h and no ability to reverse. Armor should be buffed so that nothing is able to penetrate their armor (600mm minimum). Gun should be nerfed with no penetration or alpha (like 150 alpha and 50mm of prem pen). Buff hitpoint pool to a minimum of 6000 for each heavy
