It would have killed the tank like kpz70. The strength of most of these tier 9s is that they totally crush tier 8s and are still somewhat competitive against tier 10s. Moving them from 9 to 10 with little to no buffs just make them face stronger enemies, have less relative armor to enemy penetration and often less alpha and dpm than most similar tier 10s. They just dont buff the tanks nearly enough to be as capable on tier 10 as they used to be on tier 9

@vital plume 50tp prot. barely has any actually usable armor even against tier 8s. It is mostly troll angles, not strong plates you can use intentionally. They would have to buff it if they were to move the tank to tier 10, otherwise it would have less effective armor than an average medium tier 10

Are we talking about the Foch 155? Because in this case no the cupola really isn't that big of an issue. It only is if you try to peek above a hill, which the foch doesn't do often anyways.
The tracks and weak sides are much bigger of an issue, but even then the tank works well all-around.
