if you want to win literally just play along with the adaptive camo mechanic , that and the tracer shell is an unbeatable combo , they stay spotted for 20s while you do for 7s , plus you know when you go unspotted so I usually quite literally just spam the tracer shell and let team do the work in most cases if it's too risky to go out and shoot, one thing to remember very importantly is that even if you cant pen , it's probably better to still shoot them , especially if it's an heavy tank because they will get the tracer shell while you relocate with the lightning fast mobility faster then a gtr somehow

Rhm is probably not the best to "develop" them , as using the rhm (properly) is assuming you already got those skills sharpen enough to do something with the tank.
