Depends on how you play, if you are playing for more consistent games run double repairs, otherwise if you like risky games run tungsten and adrenaline

Any thing could be hulldown, -6 gp typically suffice(mid), -8 is like a luxury (good), -10 is great.

If I infer to DPM.
-6 is probably 2500-2600(not bad but mid)
-8 is probably 2900-3100

-10 probably 3200-3400
