The variance is what makes the game interesting and engaging.
You can make an educated guess and maximize your odds, but never guarantee anything.
Say an enemy is left at 250 HP and you have 300 alpha damage, you're likely going to kill them on the next shot, but not guaranteed.
If things were consistent 100% of the time, then the opponent has 0 chance of being able to do anything.
With the variance you still need to be careful, but you can play the odds here as well. You're favoured in this case, but you could be on the other end and have the odds against you. How incredible is it to overcome those odds?

Keiler is an E 75 TS, just renamed. WG literally replaced turreet and dropped the same tank. It is the best out of the three imo because of bigger alpha and nice armor with cool sideskirts.
