the best use of free XP is for unlocking Tier 9 modules specifically. Tier 9 has the hardest stock grind for everything but a TD, because most Tier 9 TDs have a really competitive stock gun or a top gun from the Tier 8 before it

Many years ago, half of NA server was having issues at times; it all depended on which provider and backbone provider you were sent on.
When the signal arrived in Chicago - a few KM from the data center - it would cause bad ping and packet loss.
