2. Tier for tier the ISU-152 is better than the SU-152, this does not prevent the ISU from still having the ability to miss a perfectly aimed shot somehow

I wanted the Murat's alpha to be buffed quite a lot (people know me for the Murat at this point), suggesting a range between 400-420 but WG settled on 390 which is .. eh whatever it means I can actually 400 more consistently
