It’s not that they can’t fit more updates, it’s that UE is far more common than DAVA. If they’re to hire more employees to work on the game, it’s better to have something that many game devs are familiar with than trying to train them on a different engine

Gun marks, I don't understand what all the fuss is about. It's cool for your own achievement I guess , but I no one in battle will care about or see the marks.
I barely look at my own tank, let alone someone else's.

It means getting better than the average of 99% players' best battles. But there are so many people who just have a trash game and immediately quit that this average is heavily lowered

It's a dynamic thing. It counts the battles of the past 7 days. If a tank is recently performing really well, acing it is gonna be a lot harder than a forgotten tank that barely sees battle

the percentage of the playerbase that could realistically achieve that is still microscopic, yes a few of the players that average around 3700-3800 might be able increase to 4k assuming they care, but they won't even come close to making up the entire 5% that goes over 95%

You could be for example rushing the enemy lines and occasionally get lucky to get an ace, but also die miserably with no damage so that your average is lower than someone being consistent at being just good but not exceptional
