So here is my counter argument: e6 is definitely the best heavy tank right now, chieftain and 215b only have gun, and cheiftain also cannot fight heavies anymore.

Kran and mle are solid 8s but is7 is better than both of them so that makes it a 9. Also e5 is better than mle too so that at least makes it 8.5

When the enemy is mostly red you use the premium ammo because it has higher penetration (in most cases, some tanks have premium ammo with lower pen but more dmg)

Against tanks with less armor you use the HE (high explosive) shell (the orange one)

you can't change your account from one server to the other

so if you have an EU account, it'll stay an EU account

once we get Reforged though, we'll have a global server, so then you can play on APAC servers with your default account
