Your shell has no penetration value. You just shoot and it hits instantly. No dispersion or on movement issue.

The best gun you can get is the 183 MK6 that has only 1 shell type, but its the Hori prammo that does 1600 dmg and the gun has Leo 1 accuracy and handling+ a 4 second reload

Searching "World of tanks blitz" in the search bar didn't work? There's no reason it would be harder to install Blitz than for any other game on steam
If anything it should be amongst the easiest since it doesn't require a third-party launcher
