every evenings i get cant get anything else than EU_C3 and i legit live on western Europe. So i play with 110pings when i have 6 pings on speedtest (or 30-40pings on EU_C0/C1)

Both have the same gun but CDC has better aiming time and dispersion, and better gun depression.
The CDC has a stronger engine while having almost half the total weight, which makes it have double the power to weight ratio. And is 9 km/h faster.
The FCM only wins in its armor being able to resist against HE, it is still weak against all penetrating rounds.

So since the CDC clearly has more advantages over the FCM, it is the better tank

No. It's far from that simple. There isn't just a defined set of things you need to know to use those hardest tanks.

To play them effectively you need to know how to accurately asses situation in battle and most importantly intuition.

You can't just learn that, this is a skill that takes thousands of battles to acquire.

You need to know what to do just by looking at the map without thinking. You need to act without having any time to think and do it in a way that won't get you killed.

Just play and you will eventually gain experience. Though to be able to play purely based on intuition and information provided by minimap you need to constantly think about what you are doing. If you do that, eventually you will reach the spot where you feel like you know what to do without need to analyze anything. It will take a lot of time though and it is not perfect by any means so you will still need to watch out

pen RNG can be funny for tanks like 183, but having a 200mm shell turn into 250 basically allows it to bypass a huge amount of thresholds
penetration is threshold based, so while 200mm to 210 isn't much, 200 to 250 will change the game

people hype it up because it has tungsten but you gotta remember that compared to other soviet mediums with 100mm, T-22's gun is extremely unremarkable, it doesn't have high pen, it doesn't have fast reload, the handling doesn't stand out, it's by far the most Average Soviet 100mm Gun ever
