Basically just hide the lower plate, face the enemy and use your gun depression. It's used in tournaments a lot due to having reactive armor and the ability to soak up damage but isn't as good in normal battles.

BZ58: Pretty decent, great hulldown but I'd use protective kit because it has an extremely vulnerable ammo rack.
Kpz 70: Can't go wrong with that, decent turret armor, decent mobility, great alpha damage. Good for trading and support-roles.
Char: Very difficult to utilize because it has no armor at all. Very good gun, mobility and adaptive concealment as mechanic.
Ap Amx: okay-ish. Bit of armor, average alpha damage, decent mobility.

Bz58-2: decent hulldown but the roof ruins it's hulldown if it's slightly exposed. It got worse dpm than tech tree 50tp.
It doesn't even have tungsten and gear oil. It got 1 deg more gun depression.
So overall it's just worse 50tp.
Kpz70:560 alpha,good heat pen.
Decent armor on turret. It's fun.
Char futur 4:7 deg gun dep with 340 alpha.. . really?would rather play obj84 over this. Or some other tank.

Tbf, the BZ with SSB is still decent imo. The gun is good, the mobility isn't bad and it doesn't have the same upper hull weakspots as the TP.
The Char is pretty decent with pen, dpm and the stealth it get's due to the mechanic, but it's extremely hard to utilize.

Great armor but very derpy gun. The chassis itself is amazing, the gun not so much.
The Hwk is basically just a premium Ru251, if you like to play that or lighty in general it's an okay tank. No armor, great mobility, great HE- shells

Dpm (high-> low as single shot) 3 -> 1 -> 2
It's best to either use it as 3 shell autoloader or use the 3rd shell and shoot the others if needed

The tank itself is pretty good, decent armor that can be angled a bit, accurate gun with comfortable damage and accuracy.
Mobility for the package is okay

Some basic tips are:
Have an eye on the minimap to see what is going on and where the enemy is likely going.
Equip your tanks. Equipment, consumables and provisions help. Also take some gold-shells (purchase with credits). It's always nice to have some for sticky situations against tanks with good armor.
Look for cover and go with your team. A seperated tank is one that isn't very useful to the team and likely to get attacked by the enemy.

It could be that you're experiencing the open matchmaking-queue at T8 or above.
Below T8 you get put into battle with more new players if your account has below 5.5k battles, that makes it easier for newer players.
Above you face all of the people, experienced players as well.

Bruh what is the point of the Erich Concept 1. I just got it from the T9 crate and it actually seems useless. Alright. Played the Erich for about a half dozen games. My thoughts: the gun is pretty decent and the pen is nice, although it can be a bit derpy at times, the mobility is a bit sluggish, armor is non-existent but will you get the odd bounce. My biggest complaint is the stinking ammo rack. I’ve been ammo racked twice already in this thing. And it seems that every other shot that pens you damages your ammo rack regardless of where you get hit. Super annoying and makes it rather unenjoyable to drive.

Unironically I’d rather take the 183 shell, because at least I know that’s probably gonna be one of the only shots he makes before he gets tunneled. The 4005 can just run away and do it again, same with the 50B, 57 heavy, and TVP, at least the 183 is slow to balance out the gun

They are definitely more fun, but there’s a reason all the sweaty trolls drive clipping tanks, it’s because they are toxic and can get out lots of damage very fast and then run away. Single shot tanks you actually have to think about positioning and plan out your shots.

Like for some reason it appears that they made the turret wider than it actually is, specifically to give it the turret cheek weakspots. Absolutely absurd. The turret armor was the only real thing the T32 had going for it, don’t get me wrong, it’s still pretty good, but not nearly as strong as it used to be. Might as well drive the Sheriff instead, because it has a similar turret and much better gun. Another tank, ruined..

If I recall the old mantlet was about 300mm thick with spaced armor, the new one is like 600 thick. So they made the part that didn’t need to be buffed thicker and then just made the turret cheeks weak for some reason

iirc every map in this game is 500x500, it's just the map structure and spawn locations that can make it feel larger or smaller

maps with lots of building and centered spawns usually feel smaller, like Dead Rail or Himmelsdorf, while maps with less structure and corner spawns usually feel larger
