It's a combination of everything.

Fixer is what a balanced superpersh looks like, its basically improved in every way and still isn't anything special but it is atleast okay. Superpersh is supposed to have armour but the weakspots make it almost meaningless (+the armour itself barely holds up much anymore), worse mobility than some heavies and garbage gun handling and below average dpm. It is one of the weakest t8s in the entire game and I'm baffled as to how it hasn't even received any sort of change

Another issue I have with your reasoning is that you're completely looking over the possibility of the survivor bias. What if, the people who cannot speak english at all were in the majority (yeah I know, crazy theory, right?) and they simply don't talk because they don't have a lot of people to talk to, while if 80% of the playerbase can understand your native language you might not have a reason to bother with english

Actually I turned on dynamic refresh rate from windows settings. That's why the game was launching in 60 FPS. I turned that of now it runs at 120 FPS. Lol I got a RTX 3060 Ti

Chimera and action x are pretty outdated and 252u is a good tank, but hard to get high damage battles constantly due to the gun being really troll. Skoda t56 is overall better imo and k2 has even more troll armor
