Those things are all skill expression. Your skill is your knowledge of the game and how you're utilising it.

Rng is simply a small added factor, which brings some randomness. You will have the outliers like kv-2 derp snap shots that make it onto youtube as content, but most of the time it's pretty consistent. You can calculate a lot, but not everything. That's why wot is fun

In tournaments, op tanks make a big change sure, but I've found random battles to be quite ok even with the loot box tanks. Often times these are just tanks thar have maybe a slight advantage but you need skill to bring that advantage out
