i'll just answer your question then because you probably missed the entire section about keys, keys are used to unlock sets, you get keys by leveling up your account, which is currently gauged by how many tanks you have in your garage, you can also probably get keys from certain events as well

If the Supremacy score is tied and time runs out in supremacy (extremely hard since at some point SOMEONE is gonna cap a base)

There needs to be a penalty system like any other team based pvp game. You AFK a few times, you get a warning. You AFK more after that? You start getting timers on when you can play next. I.e. you AFK for too many matches, you are prohibited from queuing up for an hour.
