Kind of. It's not very accurate but most of the time it's good enough. It shows non-played tanks as having 0 battles. But sometimes it's missing these entries until you play the tank.

The API does NOT tell you if you sold the tank. As long as you have owned it at some point or even researched it, it shows up. It's real fuzzy.
