There is no such thing. Most camos give the concealment bonus.
The only exception are tanks with unique looks like the M48Rpz. That one doesn't get any camo bonus from it's legendary camo

Why? There's 2 simple reasons:

1. Logically speaking, if you don't want a tank, you sell it and don't want it back. Restoration is pointless in this case.

2. On the other hand, if you want a tank, you wouldn't sell it. No tank sold, no tank to restore. Restoration is also pointless in this case.
