It took us a few days to verify the information. Sorry for the wait.
I told you I'd double check the numbers and I indeed made a mistake in numbers interpretation. Don't be mad, it was my first time! When I saw the 24k/21k stats I was already a bit skeptical and should've listened to my gut feeling and dug deeper. The community's assessment of the situation was correct. Between March 5 and March 23 in regular mode Destiny was driven primarily stock in ratio of about 12:1, meaning for every fully upgraded Destiny there were 12 without any upgrades whatsoever.

How will we try to mitigate this issue? As we said before, Destiny and other seasonal tanks will only be allowed to enter Ratings fully upgraded.
To reduce the amount of stock Destinies in future battles we will provide another opportunity to upgrade the tank for gold after the end of Season 6. In the beginning of April a special offer for gold will be available for players who have a stockish Destiny. Additionally we are going to release a special quest with Season 6 proxy in the middle of April. One more opportunity for players to upgrade their tank.

I've seen a lot of suggestions to create additional MM rule to manage the number of Destinies in one battle. Together with server developers we are discussing this option, but no promises for now. This additional rule can affect MM in a bad way. If we find an elegant solution, I will let you know.
