as a person who played t95, i will answer this question personally,
I obviously always made sure to wiggle and move as much as only possible and play so aggressive each enemy of mine would face the deepest pits of hell even in their tier 10s
and now for real
treat the tank as a second line td to support your heavies up close and not rely on your armour too much
especially in an uptier

each tank class divides for sub classes
if something is a tank destroyer it doesn't instantly mean it's made for camping
starting off with the foch155,wz113gft,t110e3,jage100; those are assault tds that can play on frontline with ease
then you have tds usually made for flanking such as the fv4005 because of it's amazing autoloader
but then you gotta play safe with it because it's a literal barn.
and thirdly the sniper tds that have no armour; such as grille 15, wtpz4, skorpion g etc
