You can see the shell fire directly into the Waffle's track (which would have been a non-damaging shot anyways), but then the game lags and doesnt register that the T49 fired.
Then they use freecam/turret lock and rotate their tank and THEN the game realizes it has a job to do.

I only run improved fuel on a few tanks and nothing else. Obviously if I spent money on premium time I probably would run more provisions. It depends what your goals are. I just want to get better every day, unlock new tanks, and see my win rate go up. I'm not good enough at the game to where provisions will make a big difference. If I lose a battle, there were probably different shots I could have traded or positions I could've taken to make a bigger difference rather than provisions. If I had a 67% win rate then I'd be more concerned with the tiny improvements provisions would give me to meet those same goals.

Obviously if you go the other extreme like only using free consumables you'll end up making less credits because of how bad you play as a result of not having a repair kit, etc. I was in a similiar situation where I played in middle school and came back, but after 7 years for some reason. I have learned a lot since my return

Any tank you plan on playing a lot I'd equip. Refined gun makes a huge difference. If I have a trash lower tech tree tank I plan on selling I only put calibrated shells on it. If you want the progetto as soon as possible you could try toughing it out without equipment, but it's up to you

The only logical explanation is the number of battles in platoon is counted including fun modes, but then it is compared with the number of battles only in random mm, so if I player has like 150 battles total, all in platoon, only 100 of them in random mm, then it should be 150% in platoon. I dont see any other way unless either WG or blitzstars has a big error somewhere
