1. It's the first time they ever sell it outside of crates
2. Relative to other tier IX heavy tanks, it's one of the cheaper ones
3. It's actually a good tank. Its not kpz 07 P, 752, k91, e75 amazing, but it's good. Sure it may not be worth 10k, but it is for being the first time being sold
