It's a t9 tank, t9 is one of the most balanced tiers in game. Wg basically looks at them once a year. If you're expecting it to always be the same since 2020 you're not thinking right

There will always be op t8 tanks and t10 tanks but if you know how to play german heavies, you'll do quite better in them always (+admitting mistakes and learning is always good than saying I'm never wrong)
