I got my destiny fully upgraded today and despite the armor not being so great, and the reverse speed being just as worse as an American heavy/TD. The only part that REALLY disappointed me is the firepower

the one thing to note is that it's kind of essential to run CS on the Destiny because you need to boost the HESH pen. getting up to 200 is huge. so that is a bit of a DPM pull.

overall, its honestly better if the Destiny is slightly weaker because its a premium tank, and they've given this one out to everyone (albeit stock). tech trees should ideally be the strongest vehicles at the tier

I don't think you understand the context here... this 1800-1500 dpm figure is if you fire optimally using single shot on the last shell (optimal index). It gets even worse once you eat into the clip. It's 5 seconds base on 4th, 6 on the third, and 8 on the second. Factor in the almost 3 second intraclip and you can see the issue. Also, you have 240 ap alpha... even if you dump all 3 shells, you still barely surpass a smasher in terms of dmg output from a single hit... and that thing has 2400 dpm

I don't own the forest witch but I play the carro a lot. That thing has the same dpm issue as soon as you eat into the clip, but this is offset by the insane 380 x 3 burst potential, and a very workable 2800 dpm on the optimal shell index. You don't get either of these on the forest witch. Low dpm, alpha, and meh burst potential
