I disagree on that. E 100 has a better gun selection, either great DPM or best alpha of its class plus great HEAT shells. Also it has gun depression (7 degs seems like not much on paper but in practice feels like 8 or 9), and can actually ram and be rammed without folding like an IS-7 does. Plus its ammo rack is tough, whereas the IS-7 goes boom from a single Jag shot.

Similar on the surface, but Maus has limited firepower and less mobility, and its upper hull armour can actually be penned by a Jag's standard shell with calshells, even on flat ground and at range, whereas E 100's upper plate is immune to everything with less than 350 or so pen at low angle

Yes, it is. The frontal armour is a wall to most, but also most gold shells ignore it and a tier VII can just shoot anywhere on hull front and likely pen. Sides are flat box shape, ideal for sidescraping, and the little boxes on the sides are actually fake and fill bounce anything that hits them, no matter the angle or pen.

In general, you want to save free XP to skip past the stock vehicle.
Optimal gaming is maxing out a vehicle's modules with free XP and then grinding the tank and use regular XP to unlock the next one.

tier 10s aren't great fir credits but if you know where and when to use hesh it will make credits in the end, if you aren't liking hesh thn the 4202 has 2 gun options

After 16 tier Xs it'll be the first hesh firing tank I'll get so it having premium hesh is a bit worrisome

Only premium hesh rounds taxes your credits, so if you were to almost always use it'll take large toll on your credits. But it's no different than the STB, which you could just spam pramo.

As long you perform more than average the tax wouldn't cost that bad, just don't play it when you're on short credits.
