It's not terrible, but it's not great, it performs the role assigned with heavy armor and big gun, but it doesn't do anything that makes it either good or bad

it's far too sluggish, and you have such a tiny HP pool to work with. You're dead in about 3-4 shots from a regular 400 heavy, depending on how high or low they roll.

Considering how fast past games are, you rarely get the chance to find a good position and properly farm.
