30b is just a lot more versatile imo. When you get into a clutch situation, with leopard you have to hope you will be able to keep distance between you and enemies and somehow snipe them. With 30b you can play more aggresively and unlike with leopard, you have a solid chance of bouncing a few shots here and there, so the potential to win with 30b is a lot higher in most cases

Yeah, if you bounce anything with leopard, it is because of extreme luck. With 30b you can at least somehow work with the armor, use the upper plate or cupola to bait shots etc. When it comes to sniping, both tanks preform basically the same in most situations. The mobility is almost the same. Leopard has more dpm, but less armor. Also huge advantage of 30b now is the depression, 10 vs 7 degrees is a big difference. So the only real advantage leopard has over 30b is the dpm, but most of the time youre not able to utilize it to its full potential. Most of the time you hit 2-3 shots before the enemy is dead or hides behind cover, so I dont think the dpm difference is that significant

Actually 30b used to be my most favorite tier 10 medium. Then they kinda nerfed it and made t22 ridiculously overpowered, so now it is t22 and since I got lion from a snow globe, I played a few battles with it and when you dont get constantly focused, because "oonga boonga new tank", then lion can be really good and enjoyable tank to play as well, so I would put it in the 3rd place

Btw I also dont get why they had to add spall liner to 30b

Yeah, e50m is also great, I would say on par with t22 regarding performance. I just always liked soviet mediums more, so t22 is more fun for me, but both tanks are great. Lion is imo a pretty original tank. You get kinda troll, but not that strong turret, the hull is pretty weak, but you can kinda sidescrape with it a little, so the armor is not anything extra. The gun is interesting though. Basically the second shell reloads faster than the first shell and the third shell is a reserve shell. This is great, because when youre on the second shell, your dpm is almost the same as other mediums have, but you managed to hit the enemy with your first shot, so you have an advantage. The reload for the third shell is not too long like with carro or mino, so it is not that big of a deal to shoot it out, so you can use it in more situations, which makes you more flexible. Plus you get tungsten, which can potentially make your damage output even higher, thus giving you even bigger advantage. I really like the tank

Good players or those who care about the game are a minority. WG want to make money, that is their only goal. If they make a new game which the good players dont like, but the casual monkeys dont care about or even like it, then they wont change anything about it, because the majority of players, their biggest cash cow, will play the new game and spend money there. Most likely even more money then before, because the game is designed to incentivize people to buy things. So there probably wont be any major changes to reforged and it will probably release in a very similar state to the current one (at least gameplay wise, of course at least some of the million different bugs will get fixed)
