I run mine like this: Firepower (I->III) Left, left, right; Survivability: Right, left, right; Specialization: left, right, left. You could make an argument for calibrated shells instead of rammer (Firepower I) because you are mostly fighting heavys, so pen does matter a fair bit. I'd recommend taking enhanced armor instead of the additional HP, it helps the turret-cheeky quiet a bit.
