Yeah once I hit that sweet spot you won’t even be able to snip me land even if you do my DPM out matches yours so you’d try to back off and that’s the biggest mistake. DPM wise and armor wise it’s superior.

I can’t believe they killed the badger so fast I mean what made the tank a beast was the hull turn rate speed. No other tank could turn like it. Also armor played a factor but like most TD turning your hull in close battle is a plus and they nerfed it. Right now Badger is more of a tank you play when having a team so a support role than an attacker.

It always takes some time to get used to it that’s why I don’t look at peoples stats cause I have tons of tanks on the low role but perform quite well just not in regular but ranked. You could use enhanced armor to slightly improve against 320 base heat pen tanks, but even then... it's still ez pen on flat ground. Considering it's 300mm base armor, you may as well take enhanced armor to bump it up to 309? Genuinely up to you

I’ve been harping on about WG making progression into high tiers too easy. Here’s an example. I just had a game with this fella on green in his Obj. 777 II. We lost. He was the last green alive with full health. He was not AFK. When the first red found him (an E50M) he simply turned his turret, staying side on, fired…and missed completely. The other remaining red found him, so he just stayed perfectly still and just turned his turret until he died. He has played 400-odd battles, and his highest tier tech tree tank is tier 5. How the hell should this guy be able to play in high tiers? i just don’t get it. This was in Realistic mode I should add, where a certain knowledge of the tanks and maps and gameplay in general is more important than normal

I’d also go as far as to remove Combat/Crew and Free XP being awarded in anything other than Regular games. ratings battles get only rating points, and fun modes should be just that; for fun. With boosters, it just makes progression way to easy (so id also reduce the effect of boosters significantly).

So check it

1. bad move to run AP/HE when AP/HEAT is a viable option and it don’t cost much, especially if you would replace the amount loaded of HE for HEAT

2. why you tryin to frontline in that tank knowing your opponents (before the match starts) can pen you easily weather u face hug or nah

3. lastly play that tank in a hull down poss, like near flag but don’t push out too far - you will make it easy to get picked off -

4. you could of played that match by the map and really use any bot teammates as bait (That T20 got smoked)

5. most important the enemy TD and/or light drilled into u from the backfield of their spwan. They have a better LOS sitting there (let alone they have higher elevation on that side of map) while maintaining cover/camo due to rangefinder max-out

Let's do this when comparing the 183 and 4005.

One is slightly bulky, BUT it has decent camo, very good gunnery, insanely high damage potential, and great power to weight.

The other is overrated, vulnerable, slow, and places all its eggs into the basket of MAYBE dealing a lot of damage in one shot, which it still struggles with due to abominably bad gunnery for a TD.

Decide for yourself.
